Keurbooms River View Apartment.

 Located inside the old Keurbooms Protea Hotel (not operating anymore)’ s secure complex we have one  apartment                comprising  three en-suite bedrooms, a common lounge and an open plan kitchenette. The accommodation is ideal for one family or a group of friends. There is one balcony with a braai facility.  DSTV channels are available in the lounge area but you need to bring with your own smart card  to get television reception. All linen and towels are provided.  Please bring your own beach towels. Please note that this apartment is not serviced and is self-catering. Servicing can be arranged upon request but for the renter’s cost.

Rates are based on the number of bed rooms taken and the number of occupiers.

Activities near Plettenberg Bay

Outdoor adventures includes exploring the Robberg Nature Reserve, Wilderness and Tsitsikamma National Parks, the famous Otter Trail and, of course, the Cango Caves, in Oudtshoorn. A trip to Knysna via the Garden Route.


Whale-spotting is a favourite past-time when you visit the area between June and October each year. You may even spot the humpbacked whale, now an endangered species. A leisurely drive into town will bring you to numerous historical sights and antique shops.


Keurbooms River sport activities include a tennis court with floodlights, 2 swimming pools (regular and 1 for kids) and volleyball facilities. Nearby access to the river provides boat facilities for guests and the beach is only a few minutes walk from the apartments. Horse riding and squash is available nearby, while a ferry offers sundowner cruises down the river.
